As Director of Sussex First Aid Courses, Garry leads a highly qualified team of clinical professionals who share his commitment to delivering exceptional, engaging and high-quality training. Together, they equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to act decisively when it matters most.
Throughout his career, Garry has worked across a wide range of frontline and community healthcare settings, from responding to medical emergencies on the streets to supporting vulnerable and homeless communities. His extensive experience includes roles as a Clinical Lead Paramedic, Operations Response Manager and Clinical Pathways Clinician.
For over 35 years, Garry has specialised in delivering first aid and medical emergencies training to a diverse range of organisations, including dental practices, schools, businesses, healthcare providers and community groups. He is widely recognised for his engaging teaching style and his ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical, realistic and effective emergency care solutions.
Nikki
Nikki is a highly experienced Lead Trainer and Educator with many years of frontline experience as a Community First Responder.
She delivers a wide range of first aid and Immediate Life Support (ILS) training, with particular expertise in working with dental teams and healthcare professionals.
Nikki brings a calm, practical and engaging approach to every course, helping learners build the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Sian is an experienced First Aid and Paediatric First Aid Trainer, delivering regulated qualifications and practical emergency training to a wide range of learners.
Her friendly and approachable teaching style helps create a relaxed learning environment while maintaining a strong focus on practical skills and effective emergency response.

During her career, Kas had the privilege of working with Professor Douglas Chamberlain, one of the pioneers of modern resuscitation and pre-hospital emergency care.
Kas also specialises first aid and medical emergency training, bringing a wealth of practical experience and a strong focus on realistic, high-quality training to every course he delivers.
