We are always seeking experienced freelance (bank) trainers to join our expanding team. These roles is ideal for individuals with proven delivery experience in first aid at Work or Dental Teams CPD medical emergencies training.

We are particularly interested in trainers who can demonstrate a clinical background and strong subject knowledge, including the use and administration of emergency medications relevant to care settings and epilepsy care.
Essential Requirements, depending on subject matter:
Recognised qualification in Education and Training (or equivalent)
Current FAW / EFAW certification
Minimum of 2 years’ training experience
Proven experience delivering First Aid at Work (EFAW, FAW, FAWR)
Experience delivering Dental Teams CPD courses
Knowledge or experience in epilepsy awareness and emergency medication training
Excellent practical training and presentation skills
Engaging, dynamic teaching style with strong customer care skills
Ability to work independently and flexibly
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Up-to-date DBS disclosure
Own trainer insurance
Registration with Qualsafe Awards or a similar awarding body (Desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accredited and non-accredited health and safety training to a wide range of learners
Deliver specialist courses including Dental CPD medical emergencies and Award in Epilepsy and Emergency Medication
Travel to training venues across Sussex, Surrey, Portsmouth, Kent, and London
Deliver courses using existing lesson plans, materials, and presentations while adapting to client needs
Maintain high standards of health and safety and adhere to company policies at all times
Required Equipment:
Laptop and projector
CPR manikins (Adult x4, Junior x2, Baby x4)
Choking rescue vest
Auto-injector training pens

This course is specifically designed to provide support staff and professionals with a fundamental understanding of epilepsy and the effective management of seizures and use of emergency medications (Midazolam) all within the current NICE guidelines.
