Premium Baby & child first aid Sessions

Service Description

These sessions are at your home for a premium service. They can be for couples or you may wish to arrange a group of friends at your home or a venue you have arranged. Parents, grandparents and non Professional carers. Baby and child first aid sessions. ​ Our Baby First Aid courses are delivered in a 2 hour sessions and designed to help build your confidence, so as a parent or carer you know what to do in a first aid emergency. Suitable for new or expectant parents, the course covers first aid for babies and children up to 6 years old and is run in small groups of up to 16 adults. Babies are welcome to come along too. Topics covered: ​ How to recognise the sick baby/child How to deal with choking in a baby/child How to deal with the unconscious baby/child - recovery position Basic life support CPR baby/child Head injuries Anaphylaxis and the use of Epipen Febrile convulsions and Seizures Recognising Meningitis and Sepsis in the sick Baby/child How does it work: Classes are tailored to match the needs of the parents in attendance while meeting all UK course guidelines. We will practice the skills of infant and child CPR and relief of choking. Emphasis is placed on what to do if an emergency involves children and Baby's. Costings in the Sussex area: 0 - 2 people £100 3 - 4 people £175 5 - 6 People £250 6 - 8 People £325 8 - 10 People £400 10 - 12 People £475 Cancellations Terms: ​ Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your training course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply: ​ Notifications by email: 21 – 15 days we refund 75% of the course fee. 14 – 8 days we refund 50% of course fee. 7 days or less no refund of course fee.
